☆个人概况 

王亮,男,理学博士,教授,硕士生导师。

所属学科:应用化学  农药学

2011年在德国海德堡大学获得理学博士学位,有机化学专业。20123~20132瑞士巴塞尔大学从事博士后研究工作2014年12月至今在青岛农业大学任教授,主要开展有机合成、绿色化学、过渡金属催化以及药物分子设计等方面的研究。目前在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Org. Lett., J. Org. Chem., Org. Chem. Front., Adv. Synth. Catal.等国际期刊已发表SCI论文43篇, 有机合成生物医药等领域的工作得到国际社会的广泛认可。

☆工作简介

我们的主要研究方向是非过渡金属催化的碳-氢键活化反应,用以构建杂环化合物。以期从中发现具有潜在生物活性的先导化合物。

    串联氢迁移/环化反应作为一种能够直接官能化C(sp3)-H键并高效合成杂环化合物的方法,备受合成化学家关注,在该反应中惰性C(sp3)-H键作为负氢给体,经过串联的分子内氢迁移/环化反应一步实现C(sp3)-H键官能化及关环反应构建氮杂环化合物。该反应不需要外加氧化剂或还原剂,属于中性氧化还原反应,具有很好的原子经济性、步骤经济性和氧化还原经济性。该串联反应能够在一个反应容器中实现多步连续转化,减少了合成步骤,避免了单步后处理和分离带来的污染和消耗,提高合成效率,从生产成本和环境保护等角度来看也具有重要意义。
